LOGISTICS LEADER SALES LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Our company is looking for a sales person specialized in Shipping & logistics, who has the ability to build relationships, negotiation and negotiation skills with customers, and has experience in the shipping & logistics industry. In order to promote sales activities, introduce the Company's services to customers, develop new customers and increase the output of existing customers to achieve the goals set by the Company.

General standard

  • Have a clear background; Age 25 - 35.
  • Graduated from College, University: Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration or Schools with majors in Shipping & Logistic … Having a degree, training certificate suitable for the job position.
  • Have a good moral character and have a desire to stick with the company for a long time.

Job description

  • Retain existing customers and develop new customers, reaching target customers.
  • Establish a business strategy to ensure that customers achieve the set output/revenue/profit targets.
  • Find and recommend potential customers to sales department.
  • Visit customers and negotiate contracts.
  • Timely quotation to customers who need to transport goods.
  • Analyze and capture the customer's supply chain model, propose overall logistics solutions/methods to customers (Door to Door services).
  • Collect information on the market and competitors of the Company including: rates, support, services provided to customers.
  • Looking for international customers to export/import outside of Vietnam.
  • Promoting and improving relationships with partners, negotiating and closing contracts with customers including: long-term contracts, transportation agreements, other services.
  • Create a close relationship with customers, departments in the company and foreign partners, know how to solve problems if they arise.

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
  • Have good negotiation, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Have teamwork skills, strategic vision and analytical skills.
  • Having a broad understanding of the domestic commodity market.
